For $25 a month, members of Citrus Lane receive monthly care packages of 4-5 "best of" products based on their child's age. Other countries included were Australia, France, Germany, India and the U.K. All told, nearly half of all citizens surveyed believe that interacting with the government is easy, and almost a third say it's actually easier to access services from the government than private-sector companies. More than 70% say they already use the Internet for submitting and tracking government forms and payments, and more than half want to use more online channels in the future.
