In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Yahoo announced that Tuesday will be his final day with the company, and outlined a severance package worth several million dollars. Levinsohn, previously executive vice president of the company's Americas region, in May replaced former CEO Scott Thompson on an interim basis, after Thompson was forced to step down amid allegations that he misrepresented his academic credentials. Earlier this month, however, Yahoo replaced him with former Google executive Marissa Mayer.
