Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company reportedly has been approached by private-equity giants KKR and Providence Equity Partners. "They've made it known they’d do a deal at $20 a share," an unnamed source told the Post. "The nation expects more accountability for research involving human subjects," said Timothy Singer, director of the research protections division in ONR's Warfighter Performance Department.
