Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Newsle co-founders Jonah Varon and Axel Hansen, as well as the company's engineering team, will make the transition. "We'll keep Newsle online as a standalone service as we combine all the functionality with LinkedIn's core services," Newsle wrote in a blog post. Newsle currently has approximately 2 million users for its free service. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed. Mblox CEO Tom Cotney said the acquisitions will allow his company to offer "additional ways to have a relevant dialogue with consumers" and give it "an even greater international reach than we have today." CardBoardFish is the developer of an A2P messaging platform, and also is registered as a mobile operator in several countries. Zoove is the exclusive provider of StarStar numbers in the U.S., which Mblox said will help expand its services and enhance the way it assists brands in communicating with their customers on mobile phones. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1998, Quorum has completed more than 975 energy IT projects and provides ongoing support to over 185 energy industry clients.
