Financial terms of the deal, first announced in December, were not disclosed. Virtustream said it will continue to support Enomaly's products, including its ECP public cloud software and SpotCloud cloud exchange. The company reported a net loss of $0.02 a share in the fourth quarter -- primarily because of an unexpected tax charge -- compared with estimated profits of $0.03, according to a survey conducted by Thomson Financial.
