Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Beetil helps technical support employees provide customer assistance and streamline technology costs through its incident tracking, end user self-service, configuration, change management and release management tools. The organization said the number of IT jobs grew by 5,100 last month to reach 4.198 million -- up 3.4% over the past year.
