The device will come with a 4-inch screen -- a half inch larger than the 4S -- improved camera functions and built-in microphones in the front, bottom and back. "It's the biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone," said CEO Tim Cook. Pre-orders will begin this Friday, with the device set to debut in the U.S. Sept. 21. Prices, with a two-year contract from AT&T, Verizon Wireless and Sprint, will range from $199-$399. The company said it will use the proceeds to expand its sales, marketing and technology development activities, as well as for potential acquisitions. It now has raised nearly $69 million since its inception in 2008. "This investment provides Blu Homes the resources to deliver new products and services, and to identify new geographies and potential acquisitions," said Bill Haney, the company's founder and president.
