Consumers and businesses who purchased the screens from 1999-2006 in Washington, DC and 24 states -- including California -- can apply for cash payments at the link below. The exact amount of each payment will depend upon the number of products purchased and the number of claims filed. Consumers have until Dec. 6 to file a claim.
