Financial terms of the all-cash deal were not disclosed. Blinkx said the deal will help it to accelerate the growth of its recently launched syndication efforts. "Several months ago cisimple began working to integrate its build server with Appurify, and we quickly realized there was a lot of overlap in our visions for the future of mobile developer tools," said Kevin Rohling, cisimple's former CEO, who will become Appurify's director of product. cismple, which graduated from the AngelPad startup accelerator program last fall, now plans to discontinue its service on Sept. 6. The news comes three months after Appurify raised $4.5 million in its first round of funding, led by Google Ventures.
