Los Gatos-based Netflix reportedly will gain direct access to Comcast's broadband network, but said in a statement that it will receive "no preferential network treatment." Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The news comes just 10 days after Comcast announced plans to acquire Time Warner Cable.
