The company has yet to disclosed specific details of the offering, such as the number of shares to be sold or their expected price range. It plans to list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "FIVN." J.P. Morgan Securities and Barclays Capital will serve as lead underwriters. The news comes nine months after Five9 raised $22 million in its fourth round of funding, led by SAP Ventures. Wickr, whose app is available for Apple and Android devices, said it now serves over a million top-secret messages a day to people in 190 countries, with usage doubling every two months.
