All told, there were 144 local digital deals valued at $7.2 billion in the first half of 2013, compared with 143 at $5.2 billion during the same period last year. While only one in 10 workers said they felt intimidated by office cliques, 20% said they've done something they're really not interested in or didn't want to do just to fit in with co-workers. Of those, 46% went to happy hours to fit in, 21% watched a particular movie or TV show to discuss at work the next day, 19% made fun of someone else or pretended not to like them and 17% pretended to like certain food.
