Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Garden Grove, Calif.-based Teletrac operates a network that tracks more than 200,000 vehicles across 87 countries. The free app lets users upload photos, then receive "yes" or "no" votes from community members to guide them on purchasing decisions or what to wear for a particular occasion. "By socializing fashion decisions, it takes the frustration out of choosing which skirt to buy or outfit to wear, making it a fun, interactive experience," said CEO Sergei Dubograev.
