The company has yet to disclose specified details of the offering, such as the number of shares to be sold or their expected price range. It plans to list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "HIVE." Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BofA Merrill Lynch will serve as lead underwriters. Aerohive in late 2012 raised $22.5 million in a mezzanine round of funding, led by Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). The four-month program, Commerce.Innovated, will pick 4-6 companies for each of two annual sessions. The idea is to help startups address key operational and technology challenges by working with subject matter experts across the commerce space. Simpson lawyer Robert Shapiro. Permira is now the company's largest shareholder, and will appoint a majority of its board of directors. The suits, all filed in the U.S. District Court of Delaware, allege that the tech giants are infringing on patents related to communications systems and methods. The company did not indicate how much it is seeking in damages.
