The company also said it received a ransom demand from the alleged hackers, which it did not respond to. Move said it has been working with the Prolexic division of Akamai Technologies to restore its sites, while law enforcement works to determine the attack's origin. "The scale of this week's attack is large enough to impact the company's network service providers and require the services of Prolexic," the company said in a statement. The watch is likely to come in multiple designs, with screen sizes and styles that fit the tastes of varying customers. Production is expected to begin in 2-3 months at Taiwan's Quanta Computer, the publication wrote. Under the deal, Entravision made an initial payment of $15 million, and will pay up to $3 million more in potential earn-outs. Pulpo's online ad platform targets Hispanics with display, video, mobile and social media advertising. Financial terms of the deal, expected to be completed in July, were not disclosed. Founded in 2009 by Jim Casella, AI delivers proprietary data and analytics, as well as marketing tools that target global asset managers. The company boasts more than 500 clients in the asset management industry.
