Concurrent with the financing, iHealth Lab will be formed into a new entity called iHealth, a unit of Andon Health. The existing business will be organized into three operating divisions -- the Americas (based in Mountain View), Europe and Asia Pacific. Launched in the U.S. in 2010 as a subsidiary of medical device manufacturing company Andon Health, iHealth makes personal mobile health products, including a mobile-app enabled blood pressure device, a wireless blood pressure monitor and a wireless blood glucose monitor. The company unveiled the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus models two weeks ago. They are now available in the U.S., Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the U.K., and will go on sale in 20 more countries Friday. "Sales for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus exceeded our expectations for the launch weekend," said CEO Tim Cook. "We could have sold many more iPhones with greater supply and we are working hard to fill orders as quickly as possible." The iPhone 6 boasts a 4.7-inch screen, while the iPhone 6 Plus is 5.5 inches. Both have retina displays and are thinner and more powerful than the iPhone 5S.
