o Palo Alto's Deep Instinct Raises $32 Million in Second Round of Funding

Palo Alto, Calif. -- Deep Instinct, an Israeli deep learning cybersecurity startup with U.S. headquarters in Palo Alto, said on Wednesday it has raised $32 million in its second round of funding, led by Menlo Park's Columbus Nova Technology Partners (CNTP). NVIDIA, Coatue Management and several previous backers also participated. Deep Instinct's technology is designed to protect against unknown malware in real-time, across an organization's endpoints, servers and mobile devices. "We needed to raise significant capital to accelerate our deployments in the U.S. and global markets," said co-founder and CEO Guy Caspi.
